Our services are limited to research and recommendations. All investment and trading decisions are taken solely by you, and you remain fully responsible for executing them through your own broker.
04Eligibility & KYC
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use our paid services. Before onboarding, we are required to complete Know Your Client (KYC) verification and may ask for your PAN, address proof and other details as required by SEBI. We may decline or discontinue service if KYC requirements are not met.
05Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing in securities, and particularly in derivatives (F&O), involve a high degree of risk, including the possible loss of your entire capital. Studies published by SEBI have found that a large majority of individual traders in the equity F&O segment incur net losses. You should invest only money you can afford to lose and should carefully consider your financial situation and risk appetite before acting on any recommendation.

06No Guaranteed or Assured Returns
We do not promise, guarantee or assure any returns, profits or fixed income on any investment. Any person claiming to represent Markzen and offering guaranteed returns, profit-sharing arrangements or "sure-shot" tips is not authorised by us. Please report such instances to us immediately.
07Client Funds & Trading Accounts
- We never accept funds from clients for the purpose of trading or investing on their behalf.
- We never ask for your trading or demat account login ID, password, OTP or PIN, and we do not execute trades on your behalf.
- Fees for our services are accepted only through the official payment methods published on our Website or invoice, in the registered name of Markzen.
08Fees, Payment & Refunds
The applicable fees, service duration and plan details will be communicated to you in writing before you subscribe. All fees are charged in accordance with the limits and modes prescribed by SEBI from time to time and are subject to applicable taxes (including GST).
- Fees are payable only through banking channels (bank transfer, UPI, cheque or approved payment gateways). We do not accept cash.
- An invoice will be issued for every payment received.
- If you terminate the service, or the service is discontinued, any refund of fees for the unexpired period will be processed as per the applicable SEBI regulations and the terms of your service agreement.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment source within [XX] working days.
09Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information during enquiry, KYC and risk profiling, and inform us of any changes.
- Read and understand the research, risk disclosures and these Terms before acting on any recommendation.
- Use our research for your personal use only and not share, resell or redistribute it.

10Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and in our research reports — including text, graphics, logos, the "Markzen Nifty Minds" name and mark, and research material — is the property of Markzen and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11Conflict of Interest & Disclosures
We maintain policies to identify and manage conflicts of interest as required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Any material interest that we or our associates may have in a recommended security will be disclosed in the relevant research report.
12Limitation of Liability
Our research is prepared in good faith based on information believed to be reliable. However, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markzen and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Website, our research, or any investment decision taken by you, except where such loss arises from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
